MN ek bus book kri this 21may 2019 ko Chandigarh to Delhi krn k baad msg aaaya tha ki bus k breakdown h or aap ki bus cancelled KR di h .fir mn aap k customer service pr call kiya or sab btaya .vo bolo ki aap k refund aajaagya but abhi tek koyi refund nhi aaya .or email aata h ki operator bolta h ki bus cancelled nhi tha .agar buscancelled nhi tha to msg kiyo aaya or call be .m kiyo faltu m dusribus book krta .Mera to paise bhi gya or time bhi waste huaa .last m bus aap ko kiya h sab kuch koyi bhi solution nhi aaya h . paytm sab bhut prans hu .
