Paytm Mobile Solutions — I didn't receive money sent by an user | |||||
Dear paytm I m a frequent paytm user.. Its a good app to use i have been using it till 1 year now but recently me and my friends are facing issue with the transactions.. My grievance is that my friend was in need of money which i gave her earlier and now at the time or returning she returned as well... But i didn't received money More clarity about transaction... Money got deducted from her paytm walley and also i got the msg from dmipaytm that i have received money with transaction id in msg... Here the thing is i only received message not the money.. But it got deducted from my friends account so she is saying i have paid you.. When i try to call paytm customer care helpline there is no way we can get to live person.. Its jst ivr who is messing always my friend account is blocked in which there are 1000+ rs which are of no use till date there is no proper solution for any paytm customer as there is no customer care like other reputed companies I request paytm to go deep in matter and provide solution to me and people like me . Or the next option is i would not be using paytm any more because we got other good option also.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
