Paytm Mobile Solutions — invalid charges debited during wallet to paytm payments bank transfer | |
On 20th oct 2017, i transferred an amount of inr 9999/- from paytm wallet to payments bank. While transferring, in the transfer page there was no charges indicated and finally after the transfer was done, it showed clearly that inr 29.94 has been charged as transaction fee (Proof of the transaction details uploaded). To my surprise, when i check the balance in my paytm wallet, it was inr 10298.69 was debited which means the transaction is 299.69. Upon contacting the customer service the people started speaking like a parrot informing the charges are valid only as per paytm transaction charges for more than 5 times. I am having a proof which was from the paytm app immediately after the transaction was made clearly showig 29.94 as the charges which means 269.75 is the extra or invalid charges. Kindly check for the same and credit back the extra charges levied on me. Even if you are claiming its a valid charge, i have the proof that its invalid and its purely a glitch from your app and i am not ready to bear that. Txn ref no: [protected]. Paytm number is: [protected] I have done a transaction post that also for which i have no concern as the charges indicated was only debited and i am ready to accept the same.
