I have canceled the irctc ticket which I booked through Paytm powered by bhim. the refund was issued on 17th Oct 2022 from irctc and they mentioned contacting the wallet/bank/agent with the reference ID:[protected]. Its been 7 days since I have not received the payment credited to my bank account, as per the Paytm support portal (https://support.paytm.com/cst-support/ticket-refund-not-received-heres-what-you...⇄ payment should have been received within 2 business day.
