Paytm Mobile Solutions — Mobile transaction pending from Paytm | |||||
This is the third time I am raising ticket for my transaction and no one bothers or care for consumer's problem. I wish there was some harassment action against the paytm. Anyways just deal with my problem asap..and provide solution for my problem.I have made 2 same transactions for a mobile recharge and they are pending for about 12 hours.There is no option to cancel my order. I have raised various tickets for my complaint and I didn't get any ticket number. This is very much annoying. So cancel my order and get back to me, I want to recharge my mobile from some shop vendor in future, I believe that is much safe and easy for people.
