Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted but receiver didn't get money | |||
I have made a payment via upi a sum of 4007rs and the transaction was shown as a successful one but after that the beneficiary had complained that the amount was not received in the bank acoount and i have complained to both of them i.e., the paytm payments bank and the beneficiary bank account but there is no sort of response from them and in have sent my account statement to paytm to prove that no amount have been credited on the transaction receiving date i.e., on 6th of june 2019 and my upi reference id is[protected]. so, i request you to please take an action regarding this issue.
