I attempted to recharge and money deducted from bank account, but recharge failed.Order No.[protected] dt.28.11.18 at.8.39PM for recharge of ₹1699 of BSNL mobile [protected]. Operator Reference No. received is [protected]. UPI Reference ID[protected]. Paytm states Order successful; Bank paid money to Paytm; Operator states failure, but Amount debited in failed recharge attempt has most unfortunately not been credited to bank account for last four months.
