Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money deducted from debit card through paytm

Dear paytm team
As iam here to complaint that, when i want to do recharge through paytm from debit, as the time of processing of recharge paytm shows that the process has been failed for three times, but for three times the money from card has been deducted (408+408+408=1224), may i know the actual situation of my transaction

Please follow up my transactions and make it back to my paytm account or bank account...
