[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deducted from sbi account but ticket not booked

I tried to book a railway ticket by using paytm application. The ticket was not booked. But the money was deducted from my sbi account. The details are as follows:
Debited amount: 185.63 rupees
Date - 29/12/2017
Time - 16:45:03
Upi transaction id[protected]
Sbi account transaction id - upi/[protected]/travel-paytm@icici
Paytm order id - [protected]
Please solve the issue and refund my debited amount to my account.

Upi id - satabdimisra@upi.
Sbi upi team and bhim upi team already mailed that they send the money to paytm. Paytm told me that they did not receive the money from icici bank.
Please solve the issue as early as possible
