Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money deducted on failed transaction of movie tickets booking | |||
We tried to book movie tickets for the movie dwaraka on 4th & 5th march 2017 and both the transaction failed to get us tickets though amount has been deducted from our account via paytm payment gateway. While spoken to paytm the ivr told they will be reimbursed the amount back into our account and it is going to take 2 to 5 work days. But till now we have not received any amount. Can you please look into this and initiate the refund at the earliest.
