Paytm Mobile Solutions — money deduction via paytm gateway | |||||
I received Rs29806 bill for my matrix cellular network. When I tried to pay bill online on 18th October 2017, the gateway option I chose was paytm and I paid Rs29806 and money got deducted from my axis account. Below is the transaction details " INB/[protected]/PAYTM MOBILE SOLUTIONS PVT LTD/matr ". When I checked with matrix cellular customer support, they said that they didn't get any amount through paytm gateway and told me to confirm with paytm about the payment.. I raised a query in paytm app but didn't get any response so far.. I am attaching the snapshot of it also. Please help me in getting my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
