Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money is deducted but not credit my card

I send 5000 money another bank from my card on 20 dec money is deducted from my card and wallet but payment status showing pending then i submit complation on 23 dec and same day money is return in my paytm wallet and i press return to bank option status showing success but amount is not credited my sbi account tell me why amount is not credit please help me and solve my problem quickly

ISSUE REGARDING ORDER NUMBER [protected]...I ADDED 2000RS in my paytm wallet and transferd the same amount to [protected]...though the message of money transfer has been recieved by the person but the amount has not been recieved yet, ...in passbook there is display of amount transfer...
