Paytm Mobile Solutions — Money not transferred to Mobile
I had transferred money to [protected] on three occasions between 14-20 Dec-16. However, the recipient did not receive the money in his account. When I tried to check with Paytm, there was only App based drop down menu for raising complaints for which there is standard reply. I sent mail to them multiple times, but every time I had to tell my problem from the scratch.
There is no human interface as well as no mail trail by way of which someone can make out. All they are asking for is same information again and again without linking my earlier mails.
In the end, I still am struggling to get my money back.
PS: I have copy of communication in pdf format which I am unable to load.
