Paytm Mobile Solutions — money sent to another number but another number does not got the amount

Dear sir,
My self gunjan pandey and 3 days befoe i sent rs 500 to another mobile number [protected] which was not registered on paytm when the receiver registered himself he didn't get the amount and i also didn't found any refund from paytm.
