Paytm Mobile Solutions — movie ticket cancelled by cinema and I didn't get refund

I order 4 movie ticket in city cinema beawar ajmer rajasthan. And when we go to cinema the owener said that all online tickets are cancelled by our side and you all will get full refund in your account in 72 hours. But its 4 days gone they didn't gave me my refund so please proceed my refund. Details are given below
There are two order id because i ordered from different id

2nd order id - [protected] ticket id - gc[protected]

Paytm login saved card payment at tatkal not working.

This creates a big hassle when booking tatkal tickets.

Kindly use mobi quik or anything else.

I ordered four tickets in yakuth Mahal in yakutpura in Hyderabad money has been deducted from my bank when I went to the theater it was closed my money did not get refund
Please help me...
