Paytm Mobile Solutions — my cashback failure

I received cashback if rs 200 in a week but none of the money was credited in my account . The company says they’ve paid the money but paytm didn’t credit it.
What am I supposed to do now. My money is stuck because of paytm. How can it not accept the genuine cashback which is credited.
Paytm is not supposed to take the decisions before asking the customer
