Paytm Mobile Solutions — my orders all failed but money is not returned

My name is thirumalesh
I have one item thats failed and i will retried my all retried orders my bank money is one time retry 23 rupees deducted 3 to 4 times in this 23 rupees was deducted on my bank account this why to my bank balance is totally nilled please help i am also contacted custemer care but her executive language is not understanding me my mother toung is telugu please help me
