[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — nil orders showing in my app | |||
I have placed order for whirlpool direct cool 200 lts single door refrigerator on 12th may 2018 since there is no cod, i have paid the amount through my rbl credit card. Amount rs 16950 and order number as [protected]. There is also cash back of rs 2034 which i have applied which is suppose to credit to my paytm a/c with in 24 hrs of time. To my surprise amount is not credited and also i could not able to see any orders in my app (In order view column). I could not able to track this order. One more issue.in app delivery date shown as 14th may 2018 but after booking i received mail as 20th may 2018. Was this information helpful? | |||
