Paytm Mobile Solutions — Non reasonable huge postpaid due affected my cibil score
I(Vikram K, [protected]) created Paytm Postpaid account last year around Jul(2020) and deactivated the account due to non KYC after few months.
Suddenly now from last two months, I am continuously receiving texts and messages that I have due of around 4400(+late fine) but the number for which the messages are coming is not my number at all-attached, and I don't know about it completely. Last month my credit card(Bajaj) got blocked and then I investigated too much after that I got this information that it is due to the non payment of some Paytm amount due to which CIBIL score has gone too low and it is blocked.
I tried contacting Paytm numerous time on call but they are not even talking on call about any postpaid. Then I reactivated my Paytm Postpaid and raised concern there and requested a call back because this is a serious case as I am unable to make any transaction in this pandemic situation, so atleast call me back and tell me why this conflict is there with my account and atleast tell me where should I pay, but they are continuously rejecting to call and giving some scripted excuses.
I am now left in a very big trouble of this fraud and I don't have any other credit card to make payments and this has hampered my life in this pandemic situation and in the worst case I don't even have any link and assurance that even if I pay the amount then my CIBIL score will boost up and my credit card will be unblocked and I don't even know how and where to pay.
Please please help me in this regard.
