Paytm Mobile Solutions — Oder is hanging in transit | |||||
Under order no#[protected] dated 22 dec16, i booked two item, but received only one item. The second item is shppied via EMS speed post tracking no #AU[protected]IN dated 23 dec but it is still showing old status of 31 dec (item baged for leh from palam) there is no update after that..i think item is lost in the way..Now i want my money back but paytm care is telling from last 15 days that they are trying to deliver the order as earliest as possible...i dont want that item so i have cancelled the order...the item is neither being delivered nor returned.
