Paytm Mobile Solutions — order stands cancel.. and money not refunded | |||
I have booked 4 tickets for avengers infinity war.. The order was pending for 30 mins.. And after that.. It stands failed.. Although my 1494 rupees are deducted from my debit card from which i have done the purchase.. I want my money refunded asap and also a solution for my problem.. I have tried it 3 times earlier.. But everytime it states payment can't be made.. I want to know why this problem is arising.. When i have sufficient balance in my debit card which i'm using for making any transaction.. Please respond to it asap.. Otherwise i have to knock the doors of consumer court.. Earliest also paytm has done this kind of issue twice.. By deducting 200 rupees but the recharge was not successful.. That time i avoid it.. But this time i'm not going to ignore it.. This time it's not going to be same.. Return my previous money.. I don't want any more of this headache and tension regarding the repayment of my money.. I just and just want those 1494 rupees back in either my paytm wallet or in my bank account from which I did the transaction.. ASAP...!!!
