Paytm Mobile Solutions — pathetic service

Hello,

I have made a recharge to my paytm account, on[protected], with 400 & the 199.

Those payments have came in paytm gift account, which is of no use for me,

Paytm is not responding to my query, you call paytm help center and no body picks the call.

All i want is that amount to be credited on paytm balance or they refund it.
