I made payment of rs.304 to mtnl (For landline bill for landline no.[protected], ca no.[protected]) using netbanking (Canara bank) today when my account debited for rs.304 with reference to cbpaytm-[protected][protected] but mtnl not paid as their site is showing the same as unpaid bill. My name is cetraj patil. add money Rs 1000 to paytm wallet. But it reduced to zero without myself doing any transaction. Could you please explain the reason of this.
