With reference to transaction id no. [protected] for rs.2201/-. Dt.17.06.2017, time11.21 am.

I had made payment to bsnl as per above mentioned details. But till they have not received mentioned payment. And also i dont have received back the same amout and tranction showing success but bsnl deactivate my connection due to nonreceipt of payment.
