Paytm Mobile Solutions — payment not made to icai

I am student of icai
I had paid my exam fee from my bank to icai on february 8 2018.
I also complaint against this payment to the my bank. But they say that we complaint to paytm because our payment deducted from bank and not paid in institute but also paid in paytm
I also get at that time massage from paytm.
Payment is deducted from my bank account but not paid in icai
This payment made through paytm
Please help me
