Hello, My paytm postpaid repayment of convenience fee of Rs. 43.01 is stuck under processing. I have tried the transaction twice and both times the amount has been debited from my account but it is still stuck at processing from your end. I'm a paytm postpaid user. As usual according to the instructions my post paid bill has been generated on 1st of July. So, I made a payment of Rs-48 on 1st of July, 2022. But my bill payment gets processing. They asked me to wait 24 hours but I've been waiting till today 5th of July, but it still processing. From 7th of July I'll be charged late fees. But I couldn't repay it. I made another 4 payments and all the time it gets processing not gets succeeded. I have tried to reach out them via Phone call, Twitter and their no value 24×7 help desk option which have not helped me till today. Now I'm frustrated and depressed about the matter.
