Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment Transaction failed but PayTM debited my Account

I made a payment transaction through PayTM application on 09.09.2021 at 7.30 pm for Rs.580.00 with UPI Reference ID: [protected]. PayTM showing this transaction as FAILED, But PayTM has debited my account with Rs.580.00 (my bank account statement is attached). PayTM officials are not providing any resolution. I need to get refund of Rs.580.00. Details of transactions are as under:
