[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm balance not recharged while amount debited | |||||
Dear Representative, I had made the payment through SC cr card and confirmed from them that you have already claimed the amount on 19Nov2016 of Rs. 5000 corresponding to ARR number [protected]. I have also paid the credit card bill where this amount is charged. Hence request you to please credit the same amount in my Paytm without any delay. From Paytm team no one is taking responsibility and taking too long time to resolve the issue and not responding to my queries. If paytm cannot manage services then should stop its services. There are already many wallet services in market. I have already waited for one month. Now resolve the issue ASAP before its escalated further.
