Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm bus booking | |||
I booked 2 buses through paytm for 23rd June, 2017 and 26th June, 2017 for Delhi to Nainital return journey. First bus - paytm booking id [protected]. The bus was booked for sangam holidays as mentioned in the ticket with seat no 15, 16. At time of boarding it was something else ITC. The seat no was changed. Paytm does not hold any direct relationship with buses and still selling bus tickets. The seats they mention at the time of bus booking are illustrative and they do not mention that. That causes serious harassment . This bus was booked from Delhi to Nainital. The actual A/C air suspension bus dropped us near Haldwani and then by a small bus. They do not mention that either. This is kind of hiding information. Also if we had to books bus till Haldwani we had better options from uttarakhand roadways A/C buses which are a lot cheaper. Second Bus- Paytm booking id -[protected]. The bus was booked for hill travels for return journey. They cancelled the ticket on morning of the day of travel. Which caused huge amount of harassment because it was a long holiday and there were no other buses available. However, when I came back asked for refund they asked for screenshot of SMS from the bus services. After sharing that they asking for 24 hours more on daily basis and further they have asked for 48 hours. If a bus get cancelled the amount should be immediately refunded as it was a fault from the paytm /bus side. Request consumer forum help me get the refund. Also request you to confirm if Paytm is really authorized sell bus tickets. Because I have found they are not trustworthy. Was this information helpful? | |||
