Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm irctc booking- ticket not booked as no response from bank

Hi Team,
I have done the payment via Paytm UPI during the tatkal ticket booking onIRCTC rail connect app. The ticket was not booked however, the amount has been debited from my account. Please find the below transaction id and date.
