Paytm Mobile Solutions — Paytm wallet Balance Sucked

My registered no is [protected] and i recharge my wallet on 3rd feb with Rs 500 and used only Rs30 since then. Now when i checked there is no balance in my wallet. Even passbook is not showing any transition of recharge and usage. Pl look into problem and revert
