Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm wallet severe issue and worst response of customer care service | |||||
After tried so many times.. I got a touch somehow to the paytm customer care on call but as i expected that person mislead me by saying that you will get a revert mail that will solve your problem right now or within a day. But i didn't get any kind of response towards your side. That is too bad thing. On 5th july 2017, i tried to pay my shopping bill in big bazaar via paytm wallet. That time my wallet balance was around 300/- when i tried to pay via paytm wallet i found that my transaction got failed so my wallet balance should be same as previous obviously. But i got my paytm wallet empty that was totally beyond my expections. When i found that my transaction got failed in paytm wallet. I paid my bill via by sbi debit card. That became successful at the same time. But i got my wallet empty that should not be happen because it was showing as transaction failed so how my wallet balance got empty. I am sending screenshots of my bank successful transaction and paytm failure transaction. So consider it instantly and pay me back my amount that i lost just because of paytm poor system and irresponsible customer care executives. Was this information helpful? | |||||
