I am not able to place any order. I get a message
"return/replace not available. Please update your app to the latest version to place an order". Trying since 15th july 2017
The app is updated and still i get this message. I sent an email with screenshots to [protected]@paytm.com. It has been 6 days and there is no response for any of my emails. I did call customer care on 20th july 2017 ([protected]) and he kept me on hold and later informed that he cannot give any resolution for this issue. He gave another number ([protected]) where i did not get a chance to talk to customer care as it was only for complaints regarding orders. First of all there is no toll free number and we wait for 15 minutes and at the end we get no resolution. I do have money in my wallet and the app does not allow me to use it.
Completely disappointed with the customer support.
