Paytm Mobile Solutions — promo code fraud | |||||
I booked 2 black panther (3d) tickets on 2:16 pm, 16th of feb via paytm, although i applied the promocode which i got from dairy milk silk offer of ₹100 discount on booking of 2 movie tickets through paytm till 31st of march, 2018, it didn't reflect in the order and the help desk is not acknowledging that i applied it since it is not showing in their system. This has happened to me before, so i took a screenshot when i applied the promocode. Evem then they are not acknowledging it and saying that i didn't apply the promo code even though i most definitely did and have proof to back it up.
