[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — received damaged product, not received cashback

I have ordered iphone 5s of rs 18, 000/-from paytm, on 28th aug and the same has been delivered on 1st sep. But i have received damaged product, till date i have not received cash back of rs 2500. Also requested for return as per policy within 10 days, till date not received any reply, no refund received no cashback received received damaged product, please tell me what do i do?
