I have purchased facial kit online of vlcc party glow and along with it there was vlcc. sunscreen lotion free worth rs 95 but didn't received freebies. And I have been creating ref number for this particular ref id but till date I m not able to get proper reply... Pls provide me ombudsman id. I have been mailing also for reminder but till date I have not got any response . They kept me waiting for 1 week to give 95 rs refund and still not a single reply
