Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund about failed recharge | |||||
Dear sir/ madam I was recharged with rs. 399 for jio mobile no. [protected], date: 11/05/2018 through paytm, but first transaction was cancel and i have received message that recharge is failed and your deducted balance will be credited in to your account within 3 to 4 working days, but still today i haven't got any amount in my account. And transaction id also doesn't appear in the passbook section. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Here i am sending you photo of transaction that i have done.
