Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund and stuck money problems

I have done my paytm transaction worth 3500 rs. But there is neither reflection in my savings account for Punjab And Sind Bank. Nor in paytm wallet.. I have only it's reference number n m attaching screenshot of that issue with transaction I'd. Bank reference I'd is[protected]. It's customer care said to me that u will have to wait atleast 15-20 days infact I need this money instant. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Thanks
