On 04.09.2018, i have paid electricity bill of rs.3795.48 (Including service charge) through paytm from my net banking account [protected] with axis bank, bankura branch. The amount has been debited in my account but not credited in the account of wbsedcl. Transaction description (Inb/[protected]/paytm mobile solutions pvt. Ltd.)/elec).
