Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund for cancelled train tickets

This is i regard to refund of my part cancelled train tickets vide order no booking id [protected] which eventually was suppose to get credited in my credit card account used for the transaction,
I have made several complaints about the non receipt of this refund amount to paytm authorities but every time they say to revert in 24 hrs,
Now i am sick of making follow ups for my own money & strongly feel that it is highly unjustice on part of paytm to keep customers suffering for their own money
