On 5/11/2017 my transaction of 335INR was failed. And I received the following message: "Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs.335.4 on Paytm against Order ID WEBV2zzz[protected]zzz1. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries. " Till yet I haven't received any refund nor any guaranteed mail.
