I have ordered a sofa cover of rupees 649 from amazon on 15th of august 2022 through cash on delivery mode . But I did not liked the quality of the product so I issued a return of the product on 19th of august and asked the return in my paytm bank account linked to my number [protected]. Amazon initiated the refund on 20th of august but I did not received it . I tried contacting the customer care of amazon 4-5 times and they asked me to wait for 2-3 days everytime . Then they told me that the refund has been done from their side and that i should contact my bank for the same. So i tried contacting the customer care of paytm bank 3-4 times they also asked 2-3 days to resolve the issue but their official called me and told me that the transaction has not been received by them and that i should contact amazon again and ask if the transaction is revert back to them so i did the same but the amazon officials denied . Now it has been more than 10 days and i have not recieved the refund. Now the amazon officials asked me to charge a dispute file regarding my refund .I am really confused regarding this as this is happening with me first time. I request you to please help me get my money back. Both amazon and paytm are not helping me.
