I complained with Paytm and HDFC of a fraud scam. My account was blocked as a result. The matter was resolved and HDFC reinstated my account.
I was informed by Paytm team to provide with NOC. I uploaded NOC on Paytm complaint and then I was again informed that the NOC needs to come from the official HDFC mail ID. The bank manager informed me that he mailed Paytm twice - once 3rd week of Nov, 2021 and 1st week of Dec, 2021.
HDFC bank manager also informed that HDFC have no authority to unblock 3rd party app and NOC was not required.
I haven't heard any confirmation from Paytm team if they have received the NOC or not.
In April, 2022 I was informed that my account is suspended. I mailed Paytm to refund the money in my wallet which I haven't received yet.
Also Paytm complaint disappears after 2 days which I feel is illegal or unlawful.
After every few days I have to register a new complaint and explain my entire situation over a message application. As customer, the app does not allow to take screenshot. I have registered many complaints with different ticket number. It was confusing me to specify one ticket number with HDFC.
I would like my refund and request Paytm to have a better customer service and not disappear customer's complaint in their application.
