Paytm Mobile Solutions — refund not received box8 | |||
Hello there, I have payment made through [protected]@icici on 26th may 2017 from bhim upi. Payment is released from the bank (Confirmed) and not received by recipient box8 (Confirmed). I tried very hard getting connected to paytm support but never got to talk to anyone. Please respond to this message and resolve the issue. I have screenshot of bhim upi which i can share. Sir i ordered night lamp and they delivered me i dont know kind of selfie stick thing which is not at all relatable to my order... please help me out they have cancelled my return request too... neither they are refunding my money back nor they are replacing product... courier person is also not picking calls... please help me asap..
