[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Refund of Failed Ticket Of IRCTC | |
Mob No: [protected] Name: Swadhin Das Sir, I have tried to book a rail ticket from IRCTC. I have made payment from my upi id linked with my paytm payment bank of mobile no [protected] Acc no:[protected]. However some network issues occured and ticket booking stucked. Ticket didn't booked but my money was deducted from my account. I mailed to IRCTC about that. They informed me that as a failed transaction, ticket was not booked (SS attached). Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter so that I can get my refund asap. All details like proof of sending money, IRCTC failed transaction receipt and mail from IRCTC is attached.
