Paytm Mobile Solutions — regarding refund of bus booking | |
I have book ticket on paytm for 07/06/19, on same day I day i got a call from bus operator that bus is cancelled, But till today today i have not received my money. I have called bus operator's office they told that they have informed paytm for bus cancellation and refunding money so i have contacted to paytm custmer care they are saying that they have no information about bus cancellation. It has been 10 day since bus has cancelled. i have urgent need money, I want immediate refund. This is illegal retention of custmer's money. Was this information helpful? | |
