Paytm Mobile Solutions — replacement rejected for a faulty incorrectly working product | |||||
I've ordered a camera with Paytm for Rs 41 K and was delivered on Sep 26th. The order had 10 days return guarantee from Paytm while buying. In a day i realized the product is a used product and warranty started for the product on 9th Sep itself though i bought it i bought it on 25th Sep. The product is faulty and when i raised return request on 28th Sep, and repeated follow up till 30th Sep Paytm mall never responded. Then on 30th Sep they respond telling the return request rejected as the product has been tampered. The return was never picked or Paytm team never responded, then how can they claim its tampered with. Very hopeless behavior from customer care and they hardly respond to any mails or tweets.
