Paytm Mobile Solutions — Smart watch ordered but received stone | |||||
I ordered a smart watch from paytm but i received a stone with a charger cable. I also have a video at the time of opening the parcel. After that i complaint paytm about this but they are not refunding my amount. And asking me that they have delivered the watch but actually i received a stone. They are not considering that video as proof. They are not even trying to resolve my issue. I have never received calls from them regarding problem solution. They are not taking this issue seriously. I paid rs 1215 and they are not refunding my amount or not delivering the actual product. Paytm cheated me. I dont know on what basis they had closed my complaint as i am totally dissatisfied Was this information helpful? | |||||
