[Resolved]  Paytm Mobile Solutions — ticket amount not refunded

I book the train ticket via paytm paymeny option. The ticket is dropped and the amount will refund to paytmsdk on 02.09.2017. But still the paytm is not refunding the amount today's date is 09.09.2017. Inbetween no holidays, all days are working day.
This much delay means why the irctc accepting this type of vendors there.
They will need to include upi option in irctc app.
