The refund was listed within 24 hours and now it shows cashback failur, how funny can paytm get. Either they shoudnt lure people or they should consider looking into the matter asap. I had re charged trough paytm to my jio number [protected] on 13th Aug 17 but... My services are discontinued stating that I did not recharge.. not able to understand the reason ... Is it safe to pay through your app . Reaching customer care is also tough. Requesting you to solve this issue
